No Show & Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. We provide a courtesy text confirmation 48 hours prior to your appointment to prevent missed appointments. We ask that you use this confirmation as a means to either confirm or reschedule. We request that a credit card remain on file for your booked appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment, or miss your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled appointment. If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and we may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 15 minutes or more to the scheduled appointment, please call us! We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other client's schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.

With covid we are asking all new clients to please confirm their appointment within the 48 hour confirmation system. If you have not confirmed and we can not reach you your appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience but we need to adhere to policy.
