Covid-19 Protocols

• Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time; if arrive sooner please remain in car and we will come get you.
• Social distancing is in place for your protection. Please adhere to this rule.
• Social Distancing is in place for there will be no more than 2 Therapists and 2 clients in the building at one time. Therapy rooms are 25 feet apart.
• Mask are necessary upon entrance
• Hand Sanitizer is in all areas for your use to adhere to proper hygiene protocol.
• We will clean bathroom after every usage with appropriate cleaning disinfectants.
• Temperature and health screening will be taken daily for therapist, and documented and will be kept in a log at front desk
• Temperature will be an option for clients if therapist feels necessary
• IN CASE OF CONTAMINATION:
• If someone test positive all persons that may have come into contact with said person will be notified and also the State health department and or Steuben county public health department.

Cancellation policy. We provide a 48 hour window for reschedule and cancellation. Because our time is valuable and your time as well we want to remind you that all appointments need to be confirmed within the allocated time. If you are a new client we will reach out to confirm if you have not done so. If we can not reach you and your appointment is not confirmed the evening prior we will need to reschedule your appointment.
