Prenatal or pregnancy massage is specifically tailored for a pregnant woman's needs. Extra pillows are used for proper positioning and the comfort for mom and baby. Pregnancy massage has been found to reduce stress, decrease swelling in the extremities, relieve muscle and joint aches and pains, and promotes relaxation to both mom and baby.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone begins with a soothing application of warmed sacred mountain essential oil. Hot basalt rocks are then used to melt knotted muscles targeting areas of the body where attention is needed. Staying in each area working through successive muscle layers has the effect of priming the body to focus its regenerative powers in that area. Hot stones assist with relaxing muscles then long fluid strokes follow leaving your body deeply relaxed and stress free.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist places special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction, then the cups are moved across the tissue to drain the interstitial debris (knots) from the muscle. People get cupping for many purposes: to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, muscle repair from physical exercise, and also as a type of deep-tissue massage.
