Rental fee is booking of the spa to yourselves and is a non refundable fee, Due at time of booking your package. Once party is booked an email is required to discuss services. You will have a 2 week confirmation for it is a spa event and much preparation is needed to make your day special. You then will receive another text or email 48 hours prior to your day. VERY important that both are confirmed to avoid a cancellation of your day.
